Linda Mae (Gregory) Paro

Linda Mae Paro, age 69, of Elwood, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at her residence following an extended illness surrounded by her family.
She was born in Bowling Green, KY on October 4, 1948, to the late Sherman and Frances (Carson) Gregory.
 She married Clarence Raymond Paro and he survives.   Linda was employed at Firestone in Noblesville until they closed.   She worked at Venus Chocolate shop for over 20 years and was the owner last few years she was there.   Linda enjoyed doing crafts, especially going to pow-wow and anything to do with Indian crafts or artwork. She loved Elvis and Chuck Norris, Walker Texas Ranger, and enjoyed listening to Elvis's many hymns.   She was a member of the Third Street Church of God in Elwood for many years.  Linda took great pride in caring for her family and always enjoyed family meals and get together's for the holidays.  Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she always made sure her family had a good Christmas.  She will be greatly missed by her loving family.     
Linda is survived by her husband, Clarence  Raymond Paro of Elwood; daughter, Dala Daliane (Jeffrey) Harris of Elwood; son, Charles "Bobby" Robert Paro of Anderson; grandson, Chris Bryan; grandson, Daniel Harker; grandson, Wayne Harker; grandson, Matthew Paro; granddaughter, Kendra Paro; grandson, Derek Paro; grandson, Zack Harris; grandson, BJ Harris; brother, Timothy (Delfina Duran) Gregory; brother, Larry (Brenda) Gregory; great-grandchildren, Brison ,Brody, Kolin, and  Denver Harker, and Zackery Harris; former spouse, Danny Luyet; and several nieces and nephews.  Linda was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Gregory, mother, Frances Evelynn Gregory, brother, Jerry Gregory, sister, Kathy Gregory, brother, Danny Carson.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana with Rev. Wally Champion officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson.   Visitation will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana.
