- About Us
Michael Fuller Graham, 49, (Muncie, IN) entered his heavenly home on August 4, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie Gregg Graham (Muncie); Parents, Jean and Edward Graham (Cincinnati); Siblings, Susan Graham Conway (spouse, Stephen) (Cincinnati); David Graham (Cincinnati); 11 nieces and nephews and several lifelong friends he considered family.
Michael was born on June 1, 1969 in Cincinnati, OH. After being diagnosed with a rare condition, Moebius Syndrome, with the help of his loving family he overcame many disabilities. Growing up, Mike loved to play just about any sport, including soccer, basketball and baseball. He was active in his church youth group and enjoyed public speaking and giving sermons occasionally at his church.
As an adult, his greatest passions have been sports, politics and history. He was most notably fond of the Kennedy family, his particular fascination being with the assassination conspiracy. (In case anyone wonders, Oswald definitely acted alone!)
As Michael would say, he lived and died by his beloved Bengals and Reds. But his greatest passion is his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, closely followed by the love of his life, his wife, Melanie.
A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Muncie, IN on Saturday, August 11 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate memorials be directed to the Moebius Syndrome Foundation (moebiussyndrome.org)
The family would like to especially extend their gratitude to the wonderful care given by the healthcare team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Arrangements were entrusted to Dunnichay Funeral Home.
